Becoming a Junior Staffer - Optional Submission
We have a few young people who will not be able to attend the rescheduled Junior Staff Retreat. If you have a young person, who had planned on attending the Junior Staff Retreat and now cannot due to scheduling conflicts, I am submitting to you a provisional plan that would allow them to participate this summer as a Junior Staffer.
Click the link below to print out a questionnaire. They will need to fill this out. Basically, it is a quiz of the Junior Staff Handbook. They will need a copy of that handbook to fill out the questionnaire. The handbook link is also available below.
There are 15 questions on the questionnaire. For questions 1-13, they will need to answer 10 of them correctly, and do the work asked of them for questions 14 & 15. Please return these to me by U.S. mail or e-mail.

Prerequisites
The following are requirements, which must be met in order to be qualified to apply for the position of Junior Staff.
- All Staff must be a Christian, and a member of a
Christian Church/Church of Christ of the Tri-State
Christian Service Camp Area.
- All Staff must be actively involved in their home church.
- All Staff must have a recommendation from their home
church.
- All Staff must not have a negative report on file from
previous service at Tri-State.
- All Jr. Staff must be at least 14 years of age (should be
16 years of age if working with Jr. High).
- All Jr. Staff must attend the Jr. Staff retreat each year
that service is rendered.
- All Jr. Staff must attend a week of camp for their
respective age group.
- Uphold to the expectations and responsibilities of being
junior staff during their assigned week.
